Effective July 24, 2026 · Last updated July 24, 2026

Robots in the Wild Inc ("Robots in the Wild," "we," "us," or "our") operates robotsinthewild.ai (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.

The short version. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels on this Site. The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily type into our contact form. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

If you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to enter:

Please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, or health information) or third-party confidential information through this form. It is not designed to receive it.

Information collected automatically

Our web host records standard server logs when you visit the Site, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, referring page, and the date and time of your request. These logs are generated by our hosting provider for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.

What we do not do

2. How we use your information

We use the information you submit only to:

We do not use your information for automated marketing campaigns, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

3. Legal bases for processing (EEA / UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal information on these legal bases under the GDPR / UK GDPR:

4. Service providers and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers below, who process it on our behalf, and only as needed to operate the Site and reply to you:

ProviderPurposeData involved

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or a security incident. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will require the recipient to honor this policy or notify you of any material change.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers are located primarily in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed for the purpose you sent them, and for our ordinary business-record retention thereafter — generally no more than 24 months after our last substantive communication with you, unless a longer period is required by law or the message relates to an ongoing or prospective relationship. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 8).

7. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, and the Site is served over TLS. We limit access to submissions to people who need it, and we use technical measures to reduce spam and abuse.

No system is perfectly secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of any transmission or storage. You send information to us at your own risk, and you should not send us information you consider highly sensitive.

8. Your rights and choices

Everyone

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address in Section 12. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

EEA / UK residents

Subject to the GDPR / UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal information; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California residents

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request deletion or correction; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. In the preceding 12 months we collected the categories of information described in Section 1 (identifiers and, if you provide them, professional or employment-related information and the contents of your message), for the business purposes described in Section 2.

We do not and will not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Other U.S. states

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and Texas) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to appeal a denied request. Contact us using Section 12 and identify your state of residence.

9. Do Not Track

This Site does not track visitors across third-party websites, so we do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals. Because we set no cookies and run no analytics, there is no cross-site tracking to opt out of.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is directed to businesses and professionals, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
